36 percent bonus share is given by JMI Syringes

JMI Syringes and Medical Devices Limited, a company listed in the capital market of the country's medical equipment manufacturing sector, has announced 36 percent bonus shares for investors. The 229th Board of Directors meeting of JMI Syringes and Medical Devices Limited was held on Monday (October 17, 2022) afternoon. It reviewed and approved the company's audited financial report for the last financial year. Meanwhile, 36 percent bonus shares were announced after reviewing the financial report of the financial year ended on June 30, 2022. Earlier, JMI Syringes and Medical Devices Limited has given 30 percent cash dividend every year from 2016-17 financial year to 2020-21 financial year. According to the financial report for the financial year 2021-22, the company's earnings per share (EPS) for the financial year 2021-22 was Tk. 4.55. In the previous financial year which was Tk. 4.03. At the same time, the company's assets per share (NAVPS) stood at 124 taka 25 paisa. In the previous financial year which was 122 taka 70 paisa. It was decided in Monday's meeting that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of JMI Syringes and Medical Devices Limited will be held on December 21. The record date for this has been fixed on 14 November.
